RESPONSIBILITIES 

Manufacturing and maintenance of injection moulds, 

production planning & loading of jobs for machining to see that with in the stimulated time, Process inspection can be conducted independently by using high precision measuring instruments, 

Rectification, Modification, Corrective & Preventive maintenance, 

Collect information on the project schedules & manage time to meet the project demands, Review the tool design & proactively prepare for the project up front, 

Follow-up with QA & manufacturing team to understand the status of new projects & plan his job accordingly,

Guiding vendors, Fitting and Assembling.
