Leading the team of the tool development

Managing program of action at tool development vendors

Ensuring liaison with end manufacturing vendors and align their and internal manufacturing requirements with 

deliverable of moulds and fixture.

Driving timely completion of Injection moulds, compression mould and fixtures.

Ensuring team participation in mould trials, review working of moulds on machines; assess components for 

manufacturing defects and defects due to tool operation.

Developing strategy for tool development from toolroom on the basis of CTQ (cost/time/Quality)

Review tracker of tools issues, follow-up of the progress of the issues closer with tools suppliers at each stage of 

the tool development starting from first trial till mass production.

Review product designs for tooling feasibility with New product engineering team

Review Mold Spec Sheets with Tool designer and tool vendors  Analyzing Mold flow reports before tool designing to get good quality products.

Preparing a SOP, documents management for new tools.
