Job profile - 

To achieve monthly production plan and ensure that goods are produced efficiently, 

on time, cost effective as per process control chart with continuous improvement. 2 To ensure auto must safety rules are followed on shop floor (PPE, Instruction Etc.).

Deploy manpower as per planning and skill matrix.

Follow the PPC plan and make sure Extrusion is running 100% as per process control chart.

Analysis and action plan for daily loss for activity, production and quality.

To ensure proper 6S along with line operators.

To ensure hourly production plan VS actual.

Updating daily production report and its QMS records.

Co-ordination with maintenance to smooth functioning of machine for Preventive and Breakdowns.

Analysis of Non-conforming product and its handling.

Ensure Adherence monthly training plan of line operators.

To organize training plan for new and existing operators.

Ensure development of operators through multi skill.

Stock (Inventory) taking against the SAP system stock vs. Physical stock at the month and its analysis.

To Monitor Production KPI (Achieve OEE targets, Rejection % & Change Over time)  as well as safety activities.
