Job Profile:-



Bi-axially Oriented Polypropylene Films (BOPP) manufacturing 3 & 5 Layer co-extruded films .



Responsible for maintaining quality standards at various stages of production.



Submitting report to Line Head related to line efficiency & conversion ratio(conversion ratio includes production/rejection/semi finish stock calculations) on monthly basis

Achieving targets on factory efficiency norms of production department like scrap, raw      

Material consumption, etc.



Liaising with Department for proper material arrangement & housekeeping.

Service Departments for resolving problems relating to manpower& machines

Interacting with Plant Maintenance Department for smoother operation of production

Data collection for rejections and quality complaints



Operations:

Overseeing production related tasks including planning, procuring, controlling and troubleshooting thereby achieving theplanned periodic schedules.

Conceptualizing & implementing projects, annual improvement plans for process reengineering, technology absorption projects for expansion and new products. 

Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and developing guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities (TPM) on the shop floor.
