Job profile- 

Handling Finished Goods.

Attending meetings with Production Department.

Prepare and update stock sheet.

To plan and executive the dispatch of orders in a timely and organized manner. To follow up with the production if required.

Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase order, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.

Dispatching Finished Goods as per schedules.

Supervise and coordinate loading of shipments.

Provide schedule, report, daily monitoring of dispatch by providing MIS report to the management.

Following up with transporters for timely delivery.

Tracking multiple shipments made.

Maintain perpetual inventory count for all products.

Periodical stock checking.

Verifying Transporters Invoices.

Schedule Training and supervise employees and contractors.
