Operation & Maintenance

Planning and effecting routine / predictive / preventive / corrective overhauling maintenance schedules of plant equipments to increase machine up time and reliability.

Identifying the areas of obstruction / defects and conducting root cause analysis / failure mode & effect analysis to rectify the equipments.

Coordinating material / spare parts planning encompassing identification of vendors, requirement specification & offer evaluation.

Operation & Maintenance of utilizes like boiler Thermic fluid heater, Air compressor, Chiller

Maintenance of hydraulic presses, vacuum forming machines, extruder machines.

Maintenance of Flexible Lamination & Roto Gravure Printing machines. Slitter machines, Offset Printing process & Corrugated box manufacturing machines



Erection & Commissioning

Installation and commissioning of various equipments as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness.

Reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates for installation & commissioning of the equipment; reviewing & analyzing contractor's change order proposals & submittals.
