Verifying supplier CAPA's and effectiveness monitoring to avoid repeated quality issues.

Conducting supplier system and process audits periodical, interval and whenever needed.

Responsible for Supplier Quality Ratings and supplier improvement for Low rating suppliers.

Conducting supplier training programs and supplier system improvement group activities to reduce supplier ppm as well as plant overall incoming PPM.

Preparation of data for monthly management committee meeting (MMCM) & Quality review meeting (QRM).

Responsible for supplier PPAP for new tool, tool transfer from one supplier to another supplier as well as in-house to suppliers and In-house PPAP.

Cost Reduction Activities through Process Improvements.

Incoming inspection of vendor parts such as machined items, pressed parts, springs, Rubber parts, Plastic parts, PCB & Raw materials, etc.

Preparation & updating the Incoming Inspection plans.

Coordination with CFT members to Solving Quality related problem.

Yearly quality target updated & Coordinating with all suppliers scoring and improvements.
