Job profile  -

Heading the SCM Team of Plant which involves, PPC, Direct and Indirect Purchase, Warehouse, and commercial activities

Daily Coordination to sales Team regarding the Supplies

Achieving the OTIF as per the targets 

Preparation of Monthly production Plan & weekly packing as per the rolling forecast 

Controlling inventory well within budgeted target through effective planning, periodic reviews, effective utilization of runner, repeater, and stranger. Timely actions with sites to minimize inventory moving into provision with a dropping trend month on month. 

Effective planning process to cover all imported raw material and inter company material without stock outs and controlled inventory. 

Reviewing and identifying actions on material falling under provision and limiting additions by fixing the root cause. 

Rolling out of workflow for every SCM critical process Inbound | Outbound | Planning | Procurement with periodic training and development. To deliver the savings from CIPIP Projects as per budget.
