Basic knowledge of machine maintenance & mould maintenance.

Responsible to increase the production output in the factory in the term of quality and as well as quantity. 

Measurement & Monitoring of Productivity & Reduce cycle time & moulding cost. 

To achieve Production targets by optimum utilization of resources like men, machine, material, etc. 

To set and maintain optimum process parameters and fine tune the process to ensure productivity. 

Presentation of wastage at the time of color changes, mould changes & avoid lumps Production Planning & Scheduling
