Job profile  -

Managed Production activities as an Production Supervisor at incoming,Outgoing process and prior to dispatch.

Coordinate all Oracle related activities as a core user for Mass Production.  Managed all kinds of technical activities.  

Minimizing rejections by monitoring adherence to process control parameters and ensuring compliance with the procedure and standards.

Responsible for identifying bottlenecks and conducting Root Cause Analysis for problems for improvement thereby ensuring process quality by implementing Statistical Techniques & special 

strategy like SQC/ SPC, ISO9001 BRC.  Practicing/ implementing the latest scientific techniques like SPC/ SQC,5S,etc for the production improvement on the shop floor.

Coordinating with R& D, Design department for approval and development of new product.

Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals & work instructions for production 

operations in the unit and maintaining MIS / reports to facilitate decision making by the management.

Assessing performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as percentage for rejections, 

quality improvement rate etc. 

Carrying in-house training to subordinates about scientific theories and implementing KAIZEN, 5S.  Handling the Production of Printing,Lamination such as Rotomec, Solvent less, Solvent Based(Nord 

Meccanica Italian make) and Polycoating Laminators and coordinating with other departments such as 

production, PPC & materials for production planning.

Expertise in running Export jobs like Nestle, Kolak, Elzea, Cartoon Candy etc.

Brief experience in Adhesive Like DOW,HENKEL,ROHM AND HASS etc.

Planning and monitoring daily activity.  Inspecting the all process parameters, machines and products.
