Design & Development of Improvements for Gauges dedicated for Wiper complex structural in order to sustain the 

manufacturing process.

Develop methods to track effectiveness of Tool & Die systems and identify and implement items to drive improvements.

Responsible to implement improvements for Trim Press tools and also Dies design & Development thru acquisition with 

external vendors.

Support activities to improve and sustain Tool life record on the Dies.

Assure the continuous replacement of spare parts for existing Dies thru internal modeling, simulations and external 

vendors support.

Guiding new tooling projects introduction to the manufacturing process.

Implement root causes to resolve manufacturing and quality issues related to Tooling.
