Responsible for part Development from drawing to mould making, try out to meet customer requirements.

Having expertise in mold polishing methods, Hot runner molds, Mold welding & correction, Quality trouble shooting related to flashes.

Involved in tool tryout at mold makers, suggest modification & approve mold for Mass production

Having interaction with customer from time to time for engineering changes, modification to meet fitment condition till SOP.

Also responsible for quality of parts produced during development & maintaining related documents & records

Responsible for mold & die preventive & periodic maintenance to avoid any line stop at customer end & Reduce breakdown.

Responsible for preparing Tool specification and manufacturing check list at time of tool validation.

Blue matching for moulds & New inserts matching in to the mould

Flash reducing techniques in all moulds

Operating of all type conventional machines

Welding methods like (Tig & Arc welding)

New mould implementation and trouble shooting

Maintaining documents like history card & modification report on revert basis

Preparing proper storage of mould spares and drawings.
