Role and Responsibility : Project Involves Manufacturing of TWO CAVITY AUTOMATIC INJECTION MOULD .Design Study with client, study of accuracy for tolerance, limits, fits. Mould machining involves CNC operation like Turning , Milling, Sparking and Grinding polishing, Inspection of moulds with help of micro meter, caliper, three pin micro meter, bevel protector,vernier height guage, radius guage, filler gauge.
