Monitoring daily production activities (refrigerator table top, magnetic door gaskets, damper assembly, spin motor brake assembly, Injection moulding parts, 

Refrigerator Back and Bottom sheets (Punching & Bending) etc.) and planning schedules for on time delivery; just-in-time (JIT); supervising production team to manage and executing production projects. 

Implementing schedules for various 

machinery and equipment to increase machine up-time & equipment reliability; identifying area of obstruction/breakdown and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools.

Spearheading complete study for number of machines & manpower and 

standard time for each product to specify and ensure production plans 

requirements. Successfully implemented 5S, KAIZENS, OPL etc. 

Implemented process improvements to increase yields, improve quality and reduce downtime. 

Presented production/process data information and trends reports to management through meticulous collection analysis & summary.
