Job profile  -

Ronsibilities: 

Trouble shoot injection moulding process for all type of machines & avoid defects for all type of parts. Receive new MO from planner & request material from store & preplan mould setup time, material heat time & production startup.Reduce rejection rate of production & increase production rate. 

Reduce dimension problem & slove dimension problem with quality team. Analysis how to increase production & reduce cycle time. Experienced technical trainer in advanced plastics processing, production tool repair, material handling blending process. 

Handling new project mould testing with project team, provide engineering support for issues related the moulding process.Support cost saving initiatives for moulding, reduce wastage of material, reduce silicone spray cost, reduce man power & etc. 

Check every day mc by mc process condition, production & rejection, mould related defects like mould grease, air vent, ejector limit switch, mc grease, robot function time & speed, product defects & rework points, analysis & reduce rework points, request mould repair, check packing defects& etc. 

Support root cause & trouble shooting initiative for moulding related concerns. Control my all technicians, mould setter, material handler, leader & butterfly. Customer side any reject than analysis with quality & project team, give feed back to customer about reject part & give root cause & follow moulding line.
