Job profile  - 

Leading and managing Supply chain, Procurement / Warehouse, Logistics and Inventory for domestic and international operations with the team of 15 persons.

Responsible for end to end Supply Chain of plant operation.

Managing and supervising all stores activities.

Demand and supplying planning of the plant as per customer's requirement

Follow up with suppliers/Vendors for on time delivery of RM/PM/MB to avoid material shortage

Daily dispatch plan preparation on basis of customer schedule and requirement

Providing Production vs. Dispatch Tracker to customers on daily basis

Co-ordination with Customers and Marketing team for maximum order, smooth supply, NPD and 

Trials

Leading and conducting daily meetings with stores & Dispatch heads and submitting reports to Plant head .  

Preparing Machine wise Production Planning and scheduling with production manager to avoid production loss

Managing, monitoring and controlling warehouse and RM & PM Inventory.

Monthly Sales Plan/Projection preparation and RM & PM Procurement as per customers 

PO/Projection/ requirement

Monitoring Moving, Slow-Moving, Non-moving / Dead Stock of FG and RM on a daily basis.

Monthly RM/PM/MB/FG/SFG Inventory and consumption reconciliation

Maintaining Physical vs FG book stock Vs ERP stock 

Monitoring and controlling Grinding, Rejection and Scrap generation on a daily basis.
