Validating New Mould and Machine Validation with proper auxiliary equipment & Mould mouldification.

Administering the entire machine & Mould operations including safe start-up, operations & shutdown of plant, troubleshooting and routine maintenance

Developing maintenance & operational procedures to increase the efficiency for implementing process standards and ensuring adherence to preferred standards

Taking stringent quality measures including preparation of necessary documents for ensuring compliance with standards & customer requirements

Deploying various methodologies for analysing processes, recommending modifications to minimize escalations & rejection for realizing operational efficiencies, control costs and cycle-time

Executing various techniques for cycle time / cost reduction, entailing identification of opportunities, analysis of data, conducting tests, cost benefit analysis and implementation
