Company profile-   manufacturing polymeric composite insulators, for both transmission and distribution line.



JOb profile  - 

Working with quality improvement tools like SPC, KAIZEN, SMED, and POKA-YOKE and 

Housekeeping technique.

Process implementation by KAIZEN activities.

Responsible for corrections against non-conformities.

Implementation of error-proofing methods (POKA-YOKE) during process for elimination of 

defects Adherence to PDCA cycle and taking corrective and preventive actions by using 7 QC 

Tools.

Maintain Record and monitor In-process rejection data & Calculate PPM.

Record, Verify & analyze customer return.

Conducting daily Red Bin/Rejection meeting & analysis.

Conducting final inspection of outgoing product as per standards. 

Participate daily review meeting on daily work progress.

Provide Training for Kaizen , 5S, 4M and 3M,POKA YOKE,PPM

Maintain a clean and safe plant.

Establish and maintain a positive community relationship.

Provide Training to operator about Kaizen, 5S, WI, Control Plan & Job-setup.
