Job profile -

Responsible for daily dispatch planning of  FG parts and advance alert to assembly line  for  dispatch critical parts also take Responsible for  Assembly line monitoring and balancing and maintaining 3 or 4 days stock in FG area.

To satisfy to the customers as per daily basis requirements and monthly requirements.

To achieve the Sales target and Production target by optimum utilization of resources like men, machine, method and material. 

I have able to work  independently as well as in term environment and also ability  to deal with customers.

I have successfully handle some other department like as Stores and Assembly  also.

Material uses knowledge of  INJ. MOULDING & BLOW MOULDING ABS,PP,LLDPE,LDPE,PC,PE,HDPE,PVC,HIPS,PS etc. . 

I have successfully make Invoice billing , GST billing or Eway billing and Delivery chalan.

I have successfully make Plant Sales MIS report daily basis, PPC MIS report daily basis, Monthly RM planning for production, Customers monthly forecast convert to molding plan and sales plan, Monthly Stock taking and Inventory, Daily basis stock report of FG parts and WIP parts and highlight to Management and Customers also and daily basis production out put verify and production target also achieve ,Rejection analysis,Man power handling also.
