Job profile - 

Reduce Sales returns and cost of poor quality. My reporting is to VP Manufacturing, Coordinate with production team and reduce rejection percentage & avoid troubleshooting with awareness training of 6 Sigma, and 8D methodology. Also handling raw material testing, Lab inspection and Dispatch inspection for avoid transportation damages. Here I am also a Safety officer so that awareness training provided by me to all about PPE and fire. Handling Customer complaints to all over India and market analysis.

Our motto is ZERO percent defect should be dispatch to the customer. Also coordinate with marketing team and monthly audit to the Authorized Dealer Store, Knowledge of TPM.       

Knowledge of 6 Sigma and Lean 6 sigma (Black Belt, Yellow belt, Green Belt).

Knowledge of Process capability & Performance (Pp, Ppk, Cp, Cpk). Handling all Testing Equipments like (Tensile Machine, Tear Tester, Dart Impact, MFI Test, Flex Test etc) with Calibration, Visual inspection with perfect color shade, Knowledge of Statical Process Control & Statical Quality Control, Focus on FIFO & LILO.
