Job profile  -

Product/Process/Vendor development Job Responsibilities

Taking care of all RFQs

Feasibility study, collect all details from customer and suppliers and meet specification as per requirement

Review the project details with CFT on daily basis

Prepare APQP plan for complete parts till SOP 

Responsible for submitting RFQ for Tooling, BOP, RM and packaging or making one to one comparison for min three vendor quote

Prepare the parts costing and summary detail or finalized with Senior management

Co-ordination with customer regarding project detail, 2D drawing and 3D CAD, product application or SOP date and other information required project running

Study of failure modes of process through FMEA, Check sheet and implementation of their countermeasures

Proto type parts preparation, inspection report preparation and submitted to customer and get feedback

Mould, tool and inspection gauges, fixture manufacturing and weekly review with CFT 

FG & SFG BOM, new item code open detail prepare for SAP

Arrange all samples, materials through purchase team from trial

Customer visit for product fitment inspection and collect improvement detail

Make CAPA, defect report and collect data and done complete analysis for part development

Line rejection analysis and standardization.

Ensuring zero defects from supplier to production.

Conducting new part layout inspection and fitment trial.

Gathering homologation and regulatory requirements as per ARAI requirementv
