Job profile  -

Overall responsible as a project leader of Maruti & Suzuki project (Planning, Execution, Control and Completion)

Preparation of APQP time plan for the customer and also for Internal Individual departments in line with customer requirements.

Develop, maintain and improve for making PPAP and APQP documents.

Technical meeting with customer regarding new project and act as a window person.

Actively participation in RFQ feasibility study, Inputs for quotation, Project budget making, VA-VE proposal for new product.

Making testing feasibility costing of new project. 

Responsible for tool trial and Inputs share to tool room for correction.

Finalization of process parameters of NPD tool trial. (Internal & Supplier)

Present MIS of New Product developments.

Documentation records for all project proposal and associated activities.

Provide training to all concern persons related to products process and monitoring requirement.

Project handover to production (PRTMP) after successful PSW Sign off.

Provide countermeasure and QPR against customer complaints of new product.

Participates in Daily Red Bin analysis meeting and implementation of Action decided.

Provide support to purchasing for evaluation and qualification of new suppliers, or continuous improvement activities of existing suppliers
