Job profile -

Responsible to complete monthly target of Preventive Maintenance in addition with maintaining of daily, weekly, monthly check sheets and TS documents.

Responsible to required mould polishing mirror & minor.

Responsible to give Judgment and decision of daily activity & pending work.

Responsible for identify critical issues by daily team meeting.

Responsible for given weekly training to our team members for motivate & improve work style.

Planning of In-house New Tool & Fixture Development Work.

Responsible for maintaining of flash free moulds, blue matching, spotting

Inspection of new moulds for standard mould machine interface, critical spare parts, documents and attending trials.

New mould inspection, Trial, Trouble Shooting and corrective 

Responsible to prove the final part and Sign/Off with quality and handover the tool to production department with all documents.

Conduct trials T0, T1, T2 trials at supplier end report submitted to customer.

Interact with Engineering Dept. for internal tool modification.

Improvement work for mould and for part quality like Mould Descaling, confirms the safety factors.

Documentation work to complete the tooling audit points.
