Develop the different polymer compounds as per their application for automotive & Furniture.

Perfect color matching by spectrophotometer according to customer need.

All properties of finished product almost based on injection molded product 

Seeking the faults and their remedies in different automotive molded parts & their compounds.

Resolve the customer problems as per their requirement like surface properties, shrinkage, warpage, Surface properties, mechanical properties etc.

Develop new Compounds of automotive as well as furniture application and match all required properties with the help of Injection molded specimens. 

Having good knowledge towards additives used for compounding. Also keep attention towards environment friendly operations and work hardly on it. 

Trouble shooting of problems related to quality. 

Monitor the activities of parameters during blending.

Monitoring documenting & Quality Plan of System.
