Job profile  -

Supervising the entire productions quality control.  We are working under ISO 

9001:2015,ISO 2200;2005 so documentation is must.  As this is a plastic industry, I have very good knowledge of Extrusion machine.  Provide prompt response to quality issues & or improvement of the quality.  Ensure that equipments are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities.

Keep record of all stock and supplies, including companys equipments.

Working in collaboration with the production team to formulate the best cost-effective manufacturing process.

Have sufficient knowledge of Lab testing & color matching process.

Have good knowledge of masterbatces,additives,compounds & row materials of the products.

Always to think about accuracy and achieve our planning with using less Man power  In shift, daily communicate with production team & make sure to solve problem related to quality requirements.

Daily quality report to be send to our Manager and discuss with him.  Learn new skills and attend training programs in other to increase knowledge of trends and best practices in the industry.
