Color Matching on Color matching Software spectrometer.

Develops new color as per customer requirement.

Inspect the incoming raw materials. 

Product and Process analysis. 

Finishing goods Inspection. 

Preparing quality related records.

Preparing test certificates of finish goods.

Responsible for Quality management & Technical service.

Responsible for attention of Customer Complain. 

Improvement in internal rejection of product.

Supervision of all raw material / pigments in coming inspection , on line process / parameter of all products and all new development(economic, competitive, best- quality by selecting of pigment,TiO2,filler and polymer. 

Testing of MFI, B/D, Granule size, filler content, Tio2 content, carbon content, Izod impact, Handling of UTM m/c for mechanical properties. 

Responsible for Quality checking in on line process of both master batch and compounding. 

Quality checking with the help of Injection Molding m/c. 

Grading the material according to applications. 

To minimize the wastage and recycle.

Responsible for All new development related to product, raw material likes PE, PP, PS, PMMA, NYLON, ABS, ASA, PC, PET, PBT,TPE, TPU, POM etc.

Review of Quality department for the ISO internal & external audits. 

Conduct the internal audit as per plan & take follow up for the closing of NC. 

Handling of customer complaint & take preventive & corrective action.
