Handling the planning, scheduling and management of production.

Planning and monitoring of production activity / Dispatch schedules.

Coordinating with R&D, Engineering, Ware house, EHS, QC & QA for  smooth production activity.

Training on process as well as unit operation for the shop floor person.

Responsible for safety culture on shop floor.

Responsible for quality product delivery on time.

Working on yield improvement of product.

Modifying on process flow or working practices as per organization guide lines.

Planning for maintenance activity.

Making ready for AUDIT preparedness and facing audits.
