Preparation of standard solutions 

Responsible for sampling ,analysis of RM & Pkg. material

Supervising and Monitoring testing of pigment preparations and powder

Carry out Testing of pigment in paints, stovink paints, PU inks and liquid inks applications

Updating the test results/validation records in SAP

Responsible for testing of preshipment/consignment/co shipment samples, traded Goods

Performing application testing of pigments in coatings and plastics.

Responsible for maintaining calibration records of all instruments and standardization of volumetric solution

Preparing work instruction for new RM support QC Manager in maintaining stocks of standard samples and its updation

Ensuring high safety and adherence to ISO 9001,ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 standards during execution of testing processes and maintaining records
