Monitoring & Analysis of Raw materials, intermediates and finish goods of plant as per specifications.

Analysis of Export Samples as per specification.

Observing Tinting strength of dye and visual assessment of dye and pigment.also perform colour matching on colour Genine software.

Internal Calibration & Verification of all Analaytical instruments as perschedule.

Doing wet lab analysis.

Documentation of all analysis reports as per requirement.

To review and check instruments certificates & SOP formats.

Maintaining Health & Safety standards in all lab Procedures.

Assessed & Troubleshoot Analytical equipment failure and instrumental functionin compliance with regulatory requirements.
