Company profile  -Company produces polyolefin and engineering color master batches like PE, PP, SAN, PA6, PC, ABS etc. & additive master batch like UV Master- Batches, antimicrobial MB, and antistatic MB etc.



Job profile  -

Handling Indian (STEER) made extruders OMEGA40, ALFA 40, ZE40 BERSTORFF & OMEGA30 with twin screw system and volumetric feeding system (schenck feeder).

Controlling the Rejections at various stages of production.

Co-ordination with other functional departments like Quality Control, R&D & Stores for smooth Production.

Processing and mixing knowledge of all type of master batches like color, filler, additive master batches.

Technical knowledge of start-up operations, maintenance, and/or testing including the development of commissioning and start-up manuals and associated method statements.

Basic knowledge of maintenance & electrical.

Handling unskilled persons.
