Responsible for smooth operation of polymer compounding line with maximum 

production of material grades in a shift. 

Conducting continuous process improvement to reduce change over time and waste reduction. 

Complete and power handling and motivation to ensure maximum work with smoothly. 

Controlling and monitoring of plant parameter and process. 

Run material grades and machine as per shops.

Production under controlling of quality specification as per customer requirement. 

Plant shut dawn and planning. 

Investigate reason behind any process related problems and develop correcting action 

plans with implementation. 

Followed safety procedures and ensure team member also followed safety procedures. 

Handle safety absent of shift Incharge. 

Efficiently calibrated machine to mention productivity levels.
