Job profile  -

Responsible for System implementation & MR activity. 

Responsible for Incoming, in process and Final Inspection for mold parts. 

Validating and Monitoring the Tryout Parts dimensional accuracy with respect to customer KC list 

and 2Ddrawing for plastic parts. 

Responsible for Supplier Audit, Supplier Part Quality. 

Responsible for CMM inspection using GOM scanner. 

Responsible for GAP & FLUSH inspection on checking fixtures and gauges. 

Training to Supplier to Supply Outsourced part as Per Company Standard. 

Responsible for attending ISO Audit Safety Audit and Customer Audit & Do Internal Audit. 

Responsible to provide training to Team.

Responsible for Measuring Instrument Calibrations. Monitoring the various conventional, CNC and EDM machining process, and validating with internal machining department and out sourcing Supplier.
