Job profile  -

Currently looking after new product development of Additives & Specialty Masterbatch portfolio of the company.

Failure analysis of plastics products using characterization capabilities such as TGA, DSC, FTIR, PSD Analyzer and 

other analytical techniques.

Responsible for the technical issues and enquiries related to products; Trial at customer end of new product which 

is developed for specific application i.e. Multilayer, Monolayer Films, Nonwoven Fabric, Textile Coatings, and 

Woven Sack.

Heading characterization team for monitoring quality control of specialty additive compounds & raw materials.

Qualification and validation of alternative raw materials using stage gate technology.

Working on HAPA (High adhesion polymer alloy) which is used to coat the wire mesh & fencing to prevent from corrosion.

Working on textile coting using ambient and cryogenic system i.e. scatter coating, microdot coating.
