Job profile -

Handling a team of 130 to 150 members in molding unit with overall responsible for the Production/Technical issues in bottling plant/Customer/New Enquiry/New closure trial/Projects/Utilities.

Product development/Travelling

Monthly review meetings concerned with production & technical issues for the outcomes and next review plan.

Handling CCM (Continuous Compression Machine) of SACMI each of 32 cavity & 48 cavity with a capacity of 500 to 1500 per min of output having 22 machines.

Handling Rotary pad printing machines with a capacity of 1200 per min.

Targeting for the control on rejection, Improvements in Productivity, Kaizen application.

Handling the technical issues related to bottling plant in closure line and visiting towards the customer end in resolving the .

Bottling plant for Coke/Pepsi/Parle Agro..are the major handler on supplies of closures. Handled machine like Sidel, Hymech, Krones, KHS, Sarcmi, Filmatic, Hilden...in bottling line of CSD/Hot Fill/Warm fill, AB 29.

Development of spares in order to reduce the cycle time and improve the efficiency.

Handling 15 machines of Injection molding machine ranging from 80 tons to 220 tons (Electronica, Demand, Ferromatic, Akar, Toshiba, Husky, Mastip), 2 blow machines.

Targeting for the control online rejection, Improvements in Productivity, Kaizen application.

Review on Actual v/s Targeted, Comparable cost cutting related to individual running cycle time.
