Responsible for making daily production plan according to customer requirement and meeting daily production targets.  

Analyzed work flow and planned and scheduled customer order based on the material availability, machine capacity and constraints.

Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize OEE of production related machines.

Implementation of 5s, Kaizen and continuous improvement related to cost, quality, moral safety and related issues.

Exposure in ISI 4984:2021 testing and documentation.

Troubleshooting field complaints while installation of PVC pipes.
