Responsible for ensuring manufacturing defects and rectifying them by collaborating with respective shift leads, Shift supervisors, and HOD.  To Analyze Short-stop troubleshoot.  Ensuring mold safety with Tool Dept. Experts & for loading-unloading of mold. Responsible for m/c shutdown by completion of production & re-run machines by following SOPs and by reprogramming process parameters.  Knowledge of MFI and UTM machine and also familiar with VMS machine.  Familiar with wittamann robot used for new gen. adv IM machines.

Responsible for handling & operating SemiAutomatic, Fully Automatic Fanuc Roboshot series machines, Demag, JSW, Arburg All Drive series, Engel, Sumitomo, etc (Horizontal & Vertical) by following standard work elements.  To verify and forward good quality products as per standards.  An immersive experience in a few quality tests like drop test, moisture test, tensile tests, etc.
