Managing APQP activities and ensuring timely submission of samples and supplies to customers.

Market research and identifying potential customers

Arranging new customer visits.

Co-ordinating with internal stake holders to ensure customers demands or specific requirements are met.

Annual business planning and spearheading all new product development activities

Price change approval from customer against raw material prices (RM indexing)
