Manpower planning for the QA inspection and maintain all records.

Daily RED bin meeting and take action Top defect as per internal rejection procedure.

Handle all new project trial with the CFT team for new project.

Handle all QMS documents for Molding Section as per IATF16949:2016,

Preparation of VSA audit as per check sheet of MSIL

Handle customer audits and submit closer timely.

Implement the new Poke  yoke for the rejection control.
