Job profile  - 

Responsibility of APQP & PPAP Documents (Take PSW approval from Customer)

Study of 2D & 3D dimension in Tech Review sheet of new product development.

Implementation of ECN/PCN and generation of ECR to develop product.

Take a part in Technical Feasibility & APQP Kick off meeting.

Assist with the planning and execution of product development trials.

Process Qualification and Validation.

Communication and support of customer team activity (APQP,PPAP & other activity)

Take regular followup to Supplier to meet customer requirements.

Submit Sample lot to customer as per defined customer requirement & event.

Monitoring of initial supply control of new development parts & trouble shooting.

System Compliance and making TS & ISO related quality documents.

Proactively lead Kaizan, Poka-Yoke, and 5 S concept implementation for process and product improvement.

Supplier Quality improvement by enhancing the Capability of supplier through Process and System Audits QAVs at Supplier premises.

Weekly interface with Customer in zoom call , discuss issue & meet timeline as per APQP Time plan.

Intraction with plant Quality Dept. to meet Customer requirement timely.

Conducting management reviews,Internal Audits,Process Audits & Product Audit

Educate and trained teammates in quality and manufacturing techniques as required.

Performing periodic process audits to ensure desired level of process quality.

Responsible for new product development and initial flow control activity.

Develop & review all process related documents like: - Work instruction, Inspection Standard, Check sheet for receiving stage, molding stage and PDI stage etc.
