Procurement of Carbon Black (Imports and Domestic both), Carbon Black imports from China, 

Russia, South Korea, America , Iran , Domestic from Himadri, Birla Carbon , Phillips Carbon etc.

LC preparation and submit to Finance team for opening , N/N set scrutiny for imports and send to 

CHA for further advance filing of Bill of Entry and NOC from Rubber Board (In case of Natural Rubber) .

Payment follow up with Accounts Team if import consignment under DP/ DA and for Domestic 

payments. Weekly statement of payment to be sent to accounts team for making the payments on time. 

Coverage of NR and Carbon Black ;

MIS of NR, CB and Capex alongwith payment required. - Procurement of CAPEX, Mechanical Spares, Electrical Spares, QAD Lab Equipments, AMCs of 

Lab Equipments/Calibrations, Electrical instruments/ Calibrations, Machines, IT related (Fire Walls , SAP) , Air Conditioners at all locations etc.
