Overall Tool Room related activities including process planning, procurement for raw materials & trouble shooting of various types of moulds and Critical mould spare maintaining as per customer requirement.

A keen planner, strategic & implementing with demonstrate abilities in smooth functioning of overall operations like manufacturing and maintenance.

Continuous quality Improvement Capable to improve systems / technology / machinery etc.

Ensure compliance with quality systems. 

Handled Cross functional team  for Planning and guiding the project delivery timely

Maintain critical spares for all moulds and dies.

Hot Runner Assembly and Maintenance.

Review with production team.
