Company profile  -We manufacture and supply of coolant tank (Auto components) for vehicle, 20 ? 1000 litres (industrial packaging), our major clients Ashok leyland, Basf, Retizel, Raj petro, Givaudan, Biocon etc



Job profile  -

I have mainly experience in Blow molding and injection molding 

Overseeing the preparation of production, planning, Allocating manpower handling & Documents 

Reporting to Production manager and General manager about daily production analysis

Preparing and analysing documentation of ISO 9001-2015 and IATF 16949-2016  document  

Responsible for ensuring the process setup

Ensure clamp setting ( clamp velocity, clamp position, mold protection, mould touch position and delay )

Ejector setting ( ejector velocity, reverse and forward position and delay )

Injection setting (injection velocity, injection time, injection pressure)

Production planning according to the schedule

Raw material usage according to the schedule

Raising request for material consumption

Process setting during machine start-up

Follow-up with stores and purchase of indent material, overseeing quality of the material received

Informing the next shift reliever at the end of the shift

Highly monitoring quality of the product. If any quality issue exists, take responsibility and rectify it  

Visual inspection for every two hour

Trouble-shoot mould and machine issue on production activities 

Setting of operational parameters of machine to control the process to ensure that the produced product confirms the specified quality

Authorized to stop the process and take necessary corrective actions in case of process deviation
