Job profile  -

We assembled varies types of injection molding machines also stretch blow molding machines. Also we assemble of various types of molds and mold parts.

Assembly of hydraulic and pneumatic operated stretch blow molding machines. Also the total maintenance of machine like electrical side or machine side. 

Machine dry run up to 8 hours and after Final machine audit and QA audit . Arrangement of machine drawings and also require component of machine.

Attained customer complaints onsite or offline basis

Controlling new Mould manufacturing process by undertaking activities like Priority Sequencing 

for proper mould planning, Micro & Macro Planning for manufacturing and maintenance.

Planning and execution of In-house trials of moulds for verification and correction before mass 

production.

Follow-up with internal & external supplier / customers to ensure timely delivery adhered to pre planned schedule.

Initial cost estimation for moulds during new product development by considering complications,
