BLOW MOULDING:-CMP, AUTOMA, SIKKA 

Experience in Process 

Extrusion Blow Molding 

Follow all safety rules and position standard 

operating procedures 

Handle man power 

Monitor and maintain material handling systems 

Maintain production report 

Operator training 

check production target in every one or two hours 

Perform routine mold and machine preventive 

maintenance (lubrication, parts replacement) 

Perform machine set ups for mould changes. 

Maintain a safe clean work environment and 

appearance of the machine area 

Setting all parameters of injection & blow moulding 

Perform quality tasks (visual and 

dimensional) 

Raw material batch control 

Perform machine repairs as needed 

Participation in team activities and team 

meetings, trainings, as well as problem solving 

initiatives
