Job Profile : 

Execute production plans and adjust operational by situation assessment according to available information and resources for optimum production performance (manpower, materia and machine) and production attainment..Independently able to handle & responsible for entire shift production operations.

Utilize the men, machine & materials as per the production plan given.

Provide the production schedule and necessary guidelines to production operators/ supervisors to handle production activities daily to achieve target.

Proper manpower allocation on job/ line wise as per the standard production norms.

Maintain Quality parameters for the production as per the norms.

Strictly follow GMP, Personal Hygiene & other standard requirement & ensure other following. Maintain GMP standards at shop floor and conditions suitable for production of quality products as per requirement.

.Reconciliation of each work order for material/ short fails.

Controlling rejection / material wastage of the product.

Continue improvement in the production / productivity and bring down production cost.

To co-ordinate with various related Depts. Ex. QC for approvals, Warehouse for Material      planning for production plan

To take care of machine with help of maintenance Engineer for proper preventive maintenance to reduce machine down time.

Monitor RCP-: tare weight, check weigher calibration, data collection, release of lot.

Conducting Training Programs time-to-time to enhance the technical and soft skills of the subordinates and as a result gain improved productivity /improved morale/Improved safety awareness.

Analysing various processes / applications and recommending process modifications to enhance operational efficiency.
