Job profile  -

Implementing necessary process control through (PLC) in the manufacture of (BOPP) films.

To take case of recipe management of different kind of film materials.

Preparing and maintain daily records on ERP. DPR SAP 

Trouble shooting and monitoring the performance of machine.

Ensure that film being produced in the shift is defect free from scratch, jumbo winding pinning and coating quality.

Ensure jumbo is free from blade cut, edge band.

Ensure during film break, threading is done within 3 to 4 minutes.

Send sample of each jumbo to Laboratory and collect the result. In case of any abnormality inform the immediate superior.

Ensure Raw material feeding is done properly in the shift.

Ensure all tools, knives, torch and scarpers are kept at proper place.

Help winder, Fitter operators in case of emergency.

Maintain good housekeeping and ensure waste shifting to the recycling area.

Reporting to HOD about daily/monthly analysis of production
