Oversaw daily operations of mechanical processes throughout manufacturing plant.

Assessed production cycle for effectiveness and quality performance.

Ensure discipline, housekeeping & safety in shifts.

Daily check sheet, tracking, improvement, suggestion of every machine.

Preventive maintenance of machines and utility.

Screw compressors, centrifugal compressors, chillers , cooling tower and pumps.

Minimize of break down and ensure smooth running of machines.

Part of installation and commissioning of new machines and fire fighting line set-up

Knowledge of setting profile and parameters of machine.

Trouble-shooting of machine and analysis of rejection. 

Some sort of electrical knowledge of proximity sensors, Lvdt, limit switch.
