Job profile  -

Responsible for QA documentation and data control.

Conduct analysis and reporting of internal/external quality performances.

Handle customer complaint and ensure that they are resolved satisfactorily with necessary countermeasures to prevent.

Supervisor practice of SPC procedure internally and initiate reaction plan for out of 

control situation.

Prepare and review PPAP documents.

Responsible for dimensinal & fitment analysis of parts.

Supervise generation of QA work instruction/procedure and part inspection plan.
