Plan the schedule for production on daily basis and manage the manpower according to daily production target.

Minimise daily rejection/rework percentage in machine 

Co-ordinate with QC for quality clearance of inward materials

Monitoring the critical shortages required by production on daily basis

To ensure balance flow of material on daily basis to achieve uniform production

Work out the critical & expected shortages for the day to day production.

Preparation of various types of report for the production review.

Responsible for the inventory control

Work out on customer complaints and take corrective actions to avoid such complaints in future.

Discuss major constraints related to quality and material shortages in daily board meeting.

Exposure to SAP PP Module through various transactions. 

Responsible for all maintenance related activities as per plant maintenance SAP PM Module 

As responsible to customer audits to explain process machine and BVS to auditors
