Square water jug project was put on hold by management due to a technical bottleneck in development. Took a proactive approach to solve the same using past experience and met the planned launch date.

Lead teem and develop single wall and double wall vacuume ss bottle and reduce rejection percentage.

SS cooker project was not passed in dry heat test due to a technical bottleneck in development. Took a proactive approach to solve the same using past experience and met the planned launch date. 

Roles & responsibility:

Responsible for new vendor development(domestic and international), Process development and validation, cost optimization, evaluation of quotation etc.

Responsible for new plant setup and support for smooth opration.

Resolution of issues during development and manufacturing at both in house and vendor location by conducting direct and root cause analysis (DCA and RCA) for failure detection and prepare action plans to provide fast containment and permanent countermeasure.

Project management,team lead and coordinate with all department.

Preparation of project plan, workload plan for teammates to reduce lead time and meet target dates.

Participate in CFT, cost reduction, quality, DFM meetings.

Evaluate and approve BOM, tool and trial part inspection report, 

Responsible for new techonogy adaptability and install in plant.

Responsible for leading pilot production and hand over to the production team.

Responsible for new product development and arranging BOP items.

Responsible of innovative ideas and Concepts Design and Development.

Responsible for purchasing raw material and machine for special product and hand over to plant.
